AT&T Customer Service Representative

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our Customer Service Representative team and serve as the frontline connection between AT&T and its customers.
As an AT&T Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in providing personalized support, resolving issues, and helping customers understand how AT&T’s products and services can improve their everyday lives. You’ll use your communication skills and problem-solving abilities to build trust and deliver a best-in-class experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for AT&T customers, assisting with billing inquiries, plan upgrades, technical support, and general account questions.
- Provide tailored solutions by identifying customer needs and promoting AT&T's latest services, devices, and offers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of AT&T’s wireless plans, promotions, and devices to effectively educate and guide customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately document customer interactions, sales, and service details in CRM systems.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay informed about new products and service updates.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, telecommunications, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively, actively listen, and remain composed in high-pressure situations.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations and meet performance metrics.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the local office.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
